Please read these Terms carefully before using Pixorie. By accessing or using the Pixorie application or any of its paid services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

Throughout these Terms, "we", "us", "our", and "the Company" refer to Seantra, and "Pixorie" refers to the product and digital service provided at www.pixorie.com. "You" and "User" refer to any individual accessing or using the Pixorie application or services.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing www.pixorie.com, installing the Pixorie Progressive Web App (PWA), or completing a purchase of any paid subscription, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy.

If you are using Pixorie on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

These Terms apply to all users, including free-tier users and paid subscribers.

3. Description of Services

Pixorie is an AI-powered nutritional analysis and health-tracking application delivered entirely as a digital service (SaaS). Core features include:

Free Tier: Users may access Pixorie's core functionality with up to 3 AI scans per day at no cost.

Pro Tier (Pixorie Pro): A paid subscription that unlocks unlimited AI scans, advanced analytics, and additional features. Subscription details are presented at the time of purchase.

Pixorie is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

4. User Accounts & Eligibility

Pixorie does not require account registration for free-tier use. All data is stored locally in your browser's localStorage.

To access Pixorie Pro (paid subscription), you must provide a valid phone number and/or email address for payment processing via our third-party payment gateway.

5. Subscription Plans & Pricing

Pixorie Pro is available as a recurring monthly subscription. Current pricing is displayed at checkout and on the Pixorie website.

6. Payment Terms

Payments for Pixorie Pro subscriptions are processed securely through Razorpay (Razorpay Software Private Limited), a third-party payment gateway licensed by the Reserve Bank of India.

7. Delivery Policy (Digital Service)

Pixorie is a 100% digital service. No physical goods are shipped. There is no delivery lead time.

Upon successful completion of payment, access to Pixorie Pro features is granted immediately. Specifically:

There are no shipping, handling, or delivery charges of any kind associated with Pixorie's services.

8. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Summary: We offer a 7-day refund window for new subscriptions where the AI scanning features have not been materially utilised. Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically entitle you to a refund for the current billing period.

  2. Include your Razorpay payment reference ID and the date of purchase.
  3. Our team will review and respond within 2 business days.
  4. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to the original payment method.

You agree to use Pixorie only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

10. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, branding, trademarks, and intellectual property associated with Pixorie — including but not limited to the "Pixorie" name, "Pix Your Plate. AI Does the Rest." tagline, the application interface, and all written content — are the exclusive property of Seantra.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use Pixorie strictly for your own personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

Your personal health data (meal logs, weight entries, goals) belongs to you. We do not claim ownership over data you create within the app.

11. Health & Medical Disclaimer

Important: Pixorie is a nutritional tracking tool, not a medical device or service. Calorie and macro estimates provided by the AI are approximate and may not be accurate for all foods, portion sizes, or cooking methods.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Seantra and Pixorie, along with any agents or partners, from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with:

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy governs how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using Pixorie, you consent to the data practices described in our Privacy Policy.

In summary: all personal health data is stored locally on your device. The only data that leaves your device is food images submitted for AI analysis, which are processed by Groq's API. Payment processing is handled by Razorpay and governed by their privacy policy.

15. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where feasible, notify active paid subscribers by email.

Your continued use of Pixorie after the revised Terms have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you may cancel your subscription and cease use of the service.

16. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India, specifically the applicable laws of the state of Maharashtra.

Informal Resolution: Before initiating any formal proceedings, you agree to first contact us at support@pixorie.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally. We will attempt in good faith to resolve any dispute within 30 days of notification.

Jurisdiction: In the event that informal resolution fails, any disputes, controversies, or claims arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

Consumer Rights: Nothing in these Terms shall limit your rights as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 (India) or any other applicable consumer protection legislation.
